Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the SANFM Starter Entrepreneur membership and website. By joining, you agree to be bound by them.

Membership & Billing

The introductory first-month fee is $5 or R85. After the first month, your membership renews at $25 or R425 per month on a recurring basis until cancelled. Recurring billing is charged with your consent at the start of each billing cycle. The $5 offer applies to the first month only.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Refunds are governed by our refund policy and applicable law; no refund is promised beyond what is required by law. Please review the cancellation process before joining.

What's Included

Membership includes one user licence to the OMABPO Business App (valued at R650/month), affiliate marketing education, 50% commission on qualifying SANFM product sales, one complimentary PLR product per month, one eligible IT Upskill course (registration and examination fees payable separately), and access to community resources.

Usage Limits

The Business App is a one-user licence, not an unlimited agency account. Telephone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, AI and other usage-based services may require additional configuration, integrations or usage charges. SANFM does not provide unlimited usage or included advertising spend.

Affiliate Commissions

Affiliate commissions are earned only on qualifying SANFM product sales. Membership subscriptions are not commissionable. No guaranteed or passive income is promised.

No Agency Ownership Implied

The standard membership does not include ownership of an OMABPO agency, guaranteed clients, a reseller licence, or done-for-you business services. Formal agency ownership and additional commercial opportunities are separate offerings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
